[January 10, 2025] Delay in Delivery of Parcels Due to Heavy Snowfall

Due to the extremely strong cold air moving south, heavy snow is currently falling over a wide area in Kyushu, Chugoku-Shikoku, Kinki, Chubu, Hokuriku, Shinetsu, and Tohoku regions.
Due to this, traffic restrictions on highways and other transportation systems are in effect throughout Japan, and pickups and deliveries may be suspended by shipping companies.

Therefore, there is a possibility that there will be delays in the delivery of our packages.

• Areas where delivery delays have already occurred
  Aomori: Aomori City, Kuroishi City, Hirosaki City, Hirakawa City, Minamitsugaru-gun, Nishimeya-mura, Nakatsugaru-gun
  Shimane Prefecture: Oki District
• Areas where delivery delays may occur
  Luggage destined for Hokkaido, parts of Aomori Prefecture (other than the above), Kanto, Tokyo, Chubu, Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu areas.
  Please note that there may be delays in deliveries to areas other than those listed above.
• Areas where we have stopped deliveries from all over Japan
  Aomori: Aomori City (Tsutsui, Uramachi, Okazukumichi, Okuno, Sakuragawa, Tsukuda, Naka Tsukuda, Sakae-cho, Chikkidate, Matsumori, Minami Tsukuda, Yahagi)
  Shimane Prefecture: Oki County (Ama Town, Oki Island Town, Chio Village, Nishinoshima Town)
