1. Prohibition of child labor and consideration for young workers
We do not allow children under the minimum working age to work. We will not allow young employees under the age of 18 to engage in dangerous work that may jeopardize their health, such as night shifts or overtime.

2. Prohibition of forced labor
We eliminate all forms of forced labor, including forced, bonded and inhumane prison labor. We also respect the right of employees to terminate their employment voluntarily.

3. Elimination of discrimination in occupation and employment
We guarantee non-discrimination in employment and occupation. Furthermore, we do not allow employees to work beyond the limits stipulated by laws and regulations. We will also pay consideration to the payment of wages at a level that can cover the necessities of life.

4. Respect for freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
We respect freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining as a means of achieving negotiations between labor and management regarding matters such as working conditions and wage levels.

The above are in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and Labor Union Act.
